We're in space!! Nah, we were at QAGOMA
for the Yayoi Kusama: Life Is the Heart of a Rainbow
exhibit. It was really awesome! I loved the installations like this Infinity Mirrored Room above. It really felt like you're in space!
Here's some more photos, some with my thoughts below them:
You can tell she was inspired by Georgia O'Keefe.
IT IS NOW TIME FOR THE FLYING BALLS!
That is the Sixties to a T.
A real sausage party! :D
It really is humanity.
I love this pattern a lot. The colors are perfect.
We were joking that they look like hotel paintings, but it's more likely that hotel paintings copied this kind of style. Seeing the brushstrokes elevates it too.
I love jellydick.
Managed to get the Strobe Clit at the right moment. Go modern cameras and burst shot.
That feeling of getting a shot without people. :D
THESE COLORS. SO PERFECT.
The Obliteration Room is amazing. I did my part by finishing up one of the tentacles of stickers hanging from the lamp so it'd touch the table below it.
I don't know who made the 3D flower from stickers, but that is really cool.
Mmmm... Block printing...
Who is taking a photo of me taking a photo of me?!
Trevor, contemplating, 2017.
The pumpkin infinity room is so awesome. Future wallpaper!
And of course, cafe comes after getting cultured. They brought me a bowl of coffee. It was kind of hard to drink, but coffee's coffee. And hey, pretty flowers.
OK, that's it. There'll be tree pictures later. :D
